Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being purchased. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery can take up to 10 days on domestic packages and up to 8 weeks on international packages. We use USPS as our shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Taxes & Customs Fees)
International orders may be subject to import tax charges or customs fees. We have no control over how much or if these are fees are applied once the product reaches customs.
International purchasers will want to double check that the email and phone number provided at checkout is correct so customs is able to contact them regarding any taxes or duties that may be owed.
International taxes and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
PRE-ORDER ITEM(S)
PRE-ORDER items are products that are available to purchase before they are produced. The ship dates for pre-orders will typically 4 weeks from the date they become available for purchase but this may change depending on the product and when you place your order.
The timeframe the product is scheduled to ship will be listed in the product description.
PACKAGE RETURNS
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you by email. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, minus the shipping cost, and a 5% re-stocking fee.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
